By using our services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services Provided
We offer professional accounting services including bookkeeping, tax preparation, financial reporting, and advisory services. The scope of services will be agreed upon before work begins.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to perform our services. We are not responsible for any issues that arise due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services will be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Payments are due as stated on your invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and will keep your financial and personal information confidential, unless required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
While we aim for accuracy and reliability, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our services, unless due to negligence or misconduct on our part.
6. Termination
Either party may end the service agreement at any time with written notice. You will be responsible for payment of all services provided up to the date of termination.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation
Clients may request cancellation of services by providing written notice to [Your Firm’s Email/Contact] prior to the commencement of work.
Once work has started on a service engagement (e.g., preparation of accounts, filings, registrations, advisory), cancellation may not be possible, and any fees paid will be non-refundable.
For recurring services (e.g., monthly accounting or company secretarial retainers), a minimum of 30 days’ notice is required for cancellation.
Refunds
Fees paid for services that have already commenced are non-refundable.
If a client has paid in advance for services that have not yet started, a refund may be issued, subject to deduction of any administrative or processing costs.
In cases where partial work has been completed, the refund (if applicable) will be prorated based on the portion of services rendered.
Government fees, filing charges, stamp duties, and third-party expenses paid on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered if:
No work has started and cancellation is requested within 24 hours of payment.
A billing error occurred on our part.
